Outside In Health Services

Outside In has created an affirming environment at its health clinic, and their patients’ comfort matters to them. Outside In understands that every transgender or gender non-conforming person’s experience is unique, and Outside In is here to help. Outside In’s clinic strives to create a safer place for everyone to be treated with dignity and respect. Outside In provides a full range of health services for youth and adults of all ages, such as disease management, routine primary care, HIV/STI testing, women’s health care, mental health, and transgender care. Prism Health

Prism Health offers a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where all members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community can obtain the compassionate and culturally effective health care they need and deserve. Sexual and Gender Minority Youth Resource Center (SMYRC)

SMYRC provides a safe, supervised, harassment-free space for sexual and gender minority youth ages 13-23. Visit the SMYRC website here for more information.

Quest Center for Integrative Health

The Quest Center offers primary care, mental health services, HIV/AIDS services, and support for recovering from addictions. The center aims to provide culturally appropriate care to people who are uninsured or under-insured. Over half of the providers and staff identify as LGBTQ. Brave Space

Brave Space provides experienced transgender-specific care for all adult life stages: career building, child-rearing, relationship life cycles, re-transition, aging and increased medical and social support needs, retirement and assisted care, and death and dying. The Equi Institute

The Equi Institute specializes in primary care, medically-supported transition care and sexual health and wellness services for the transgender, non-binary, intersex and queer community. Each one of their providers are not only queer themselves, but also trained in the philosophy and practical application of the theories of cultural and gender affirming health care, Health at Every Size, Racial Justice, Economic Equality, and Non-Violent Communication, with a focus on community advocacy, education, and positive sociocultural change. Pivot

Pivot is a community space dedicated to the health and wellness of all gay/bisexual men and Trans* people with a focus on sexual health and HIV. They offer a variety of programming that is both social and educational in nature, a community and events space, as well as STD & HIV testing. Pivot is now located at Prism Health.

Q Center

Q Center seeks to be a culturally, emotionally, and physically safe space for the LGBTQ2SIA+ community. The Q Center is home to programs that center around sexual orientation, gender identity, addiction & mental health, veterans, seniors, and children & family. Their support and activity groups are community-based and peer-led! Q Center connects people to a variety of health and social services. The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24.

Trans Lifeline

Trans Lifeline is a national trans-led organization dedicated to improving the quality of trans lives by responding to the critical needs of our community with direct service, material support, advocacy, and education.
